Academic Project: Enterprise Network Subnetting & Infrastructure Plan

Problem Statement: Large educational or corporate institutions often experience network degradation, security vulnerabilities, and inefficient IP allocation due to flat, unsegmented networks.

Overview: Designed and configured a comprehensive Class B private network infrastructure plan optimized for an enterprise environment (utilizing 172.16.0.0), dividing a massive network into distinct, secure subnets based on departmental needs.

Key Features:

Custom Subnet Architecture: Calculated and implemented custom subnet masks to maximize usable hosts while minimizing IP wasting.
Traffic Isolation: Grouped network areas (Administration, Student Labs, Faculty, and Guest Wi-Fi) into separate subnets to enhance security and streamline data flow.
Simulated Performance Routing: Prepared documentation and topological routing maps to ensure seamless inter-subnet communication via optimized gateways.

Personal Project: Dynamic Sports Facility Booking & Member Portal

Problem Statement: Local sports and fitness hubs often rely on fragmented, manual, or unresponsive booking methods, leading to scheduling conflicts, poor client relationship management, and dropping facility utilization rates.

Overview: Developed a full-stack, fully responsive web application tailored for a high-traffic wellness and athletics venue, allowing users to effortlessly register, browse available facility schedules, and book slots in real-time.

Key Features:

Responsive UI/UX Build: Developed using HTML5, CSS3, and the Bootstrap framework to guarantee a flawless viewing experience across mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.
Dynamic Server-Side Scripting: Engineered a backend using PHP to handle robust user authentication, process user profile states, and prevent double-booking.
Database Management: Designed a relational database backend to cleanly handle synchronized tables for members, scheduled sessions, and room capacities.

Research Project: Algorithmic Optimization via Backtracking and CSP

Problem Statement: Combinatorial and scheduling problems—such as automated timetable generation or complex resource allocations—suffer from exponential time complexity ($O(2^n)$), causing standard linear programs to crash or freeze under load.

Overview: Researched and modeled complex scheduling bottlenecks as Constraint Satisfaction Problems (CSPs), comparing standard brute-force approaches against optimized heuristic search algorithms to discover the most computationally efficient method.

Backtracking Implementation: Programmed a standard backtracking search algorithm designed to intelligently systematically test and reject incomplete paths early.
Heuristic Enhancement: Integrated constraint propagation techniques (such as Forward Checking and Minimum Remaining Values) to prune search trees drastically.
